​The renovation of Lyceum No. 11 is coming to an end on Vavilova Street.

Today, the facility in the Kirovsky district was checked by the head of the city Vladislav Loginov. The meeting was attended by Natalia Firyulina, Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk City Council of Deputies, and residents of the neighborhood.

The work is co-financed from the regional budget. Equipment is already being purchased for the renovated building, and the surrounding area will also be improved this year.

"The walls and structures of the facility have been reinforced, finishing is underway, linoleum and porcelain stoneware are being laid, and doors are being installed. From 80 to 100 people work at the site every day. We plan to complete the work in the building by June 1," said Alexey Karpov, head of the contractor company.

The start of the educational process at the institution is scheduled for September 1.

"To begin with, the school was built in 1935 and, of course, required major repairs. We are consistently moving towards its completion – the degree of readiness is very high," said Natalia Firyulina, Chairman of the City Council.

In addition, a new 1,280-seat school is under construction in the Kirovsky district in the Obraztsovo residential district. The contractor installs all three blocks of the future building at the same time: installs ceilings and columns, arranges a technical floor, performs bricklaying of partitions. The work is scheduled to be completed in 2027.

During the meeting, the topic of the implementation of the integrated territorial development project in the microdistrict was raised. The relevant agreement with the investor was signed in 2022. The document provides for the developer's social obligations. The company has resettled and demolished the first of 9 emergency two–story buildings at 299 Semaphornaya Street, and in March it will begin construction on the second one at 295 Semaphornaya Street.

The investor also needs to complete the construction and donate to the municipality a sports and recreation complex, built-in facilities for two kindergartens with 60 and 62 places. Additionally, the lane will be reconstructed at the expense of the developer. The university has built driveways, underground, above-ground parking and one multi-level, designed for a total of 1,222 parking spaces.

This year, the improvement of the Kirovsky Park will continue in the district. One of the large public spaces on the right bank is being transformed in preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. The project is being implemented with the financial support of the regional government.

Last year, asphalt and cobblestone pedestrian paths were built on the territory, and lighting poles were installed. The contractor transplanted trees and shrubs, made playgrounds and sports grounds, a stage, and a playground for playing with dogs. In the current season, the park will complete the activities that have begun, as well as equip an artificial pond, an amphitheater, install a toilet module, benches, bins, deck chairs and bicycle parking, and additionally green the space.

"First of all, we must approach the development of our territories in a comprehensive manner, taking into account modern solutions and the interests of residents. This also applies to the territory on Vavilov and Semafornaya Streets, where the investor's social obligations under the KRT should be implemented, and the continuation of the improvement of Kirovsky Park. This space claims to become one of the main points of attraction on the right bank," said Vladislav Loginov, the mayor of the city. – Lyceum No. 11 stands out in a special way. Thanks to the parents of the students who are actively monitoring the progress of the overhaul. The building has been renovated both inside and out. It acquires a more aesthetic facade, which highlights the object as an architectural element of the neighborhood."​
