On September 4, the first excursion "Krasnoyarsk at altitude – 2028" took place. The participants climbed to the roof of the city administration building to look at the regional capital from an unusual angle and find out how it will change on the eve of the 400th anniversary.
The project is being implemented with the support of the head of Krasnoyarsk Sergey Vereshchagin.
During the tour, they talked about the territories that are awaiting reconstruction, restoration of historical facades and renovation of public spaces, and considered the scale of future transformations through figures and facts.
For example, one of the important visual points of the route was the V.I. Surikov Museum-estate, a wooden house built in the 1830s, where the famous artist was born on January 24, 1848. In 2028, it will be 180 years since his birth. By this date, the Surikov Center, a new museum space, will appear next to the historical estate, and the estate itself will be restored.
The guide of the city's tourist information center also spoke about other important locations in the context of the formation and development of Krasnoyarsk.
The date of the next tour is being determined. Information can be obtained on the website of the TIC Krasnoyarsk in the "Excursions" section.
In addition, similar event formats are being worked out with the owners of other high-rise buildings with views of the city.
