Tenders have been announced for the development of technical documentation for the construction of a visitor center

By the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, it is planned to create a full-fledged urban tourist information center for guests and residents of the regional capital on the territory of the most popular public space – the Central Embankment. It will be located in the area of the cable-stayed bridge. The search for a contractor to develop technical documentation started today.

​The preliminary concept of the functional content of the building was developed by specialists of the Krasnoyarsk Tourist Information Center. The contractor will need to provide a guest area for meeting and advising tourists with an interactive map of Krasnoyarsk, a photo zone and a rental service. It is planned to place zones for small travelers, places for master classes and lectures, as well as a library on the basis of the visitor center. The building area will be more than 300 sq. m.

​"We plan to make the visitor center not only a starting point for tourist routes, but also a creative space for travelers and residents of the city," says Yuri Raksha, director of the Krasnoyarsk TIC.

The selected contractor will have to develop the documentation three months after the conclusion of the contract. The initial price of the contract will be 5 million rubles.
