The city's tourist information center for guests and residents of the regional capital is planned to be built by the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk.
A new point of attraction will appear on the Central Embankment in the area of the cable-stayed bridge, on the territory from the non-residential building No. 1 on Mira Square to the Kacha River.
Following the results of the competitive procedures, an agreement for the development of technical documentation for the creation of a modern visitor center was concluded with Innovation LLC. The cost of the contract was 3,080,950 rubles.
The contractor will have to develop documentation for the facility, including providing a guest area with an interactive map of Krasnoyarsk, a photo zone and video rental. It is also planned to place zones for small travelers, locations for lectures and master classes, and a library on the basis of the visitor center. The building area should be more than 300 sq. m.
The work will take place in two stages. First, the designers will present a sketch of the future structure and coordinate it with the architecture department. Then the specialists will have to carry out engineering surveys and develop a complete package of technical documentation. It will include a detailed technical specification for the supply and installation of the building, architectural and planning solutions, a scheme for the organization of the land plot, as well as estimated documentation made according to current standards. The finished documentation must be coordinated with the specialists of Krasgorpark and the city Tourist Information Center, as well as with resource supply organizations.
"Krasnoyarsk is consistently moving towards becoming a city that is comfortable not only for living, but also for traveling. The new visitor Center on the Central Embankment is not just a point on the map, but an important element of tourist navigation," says Yuri Raksha, Director of the Krasnoyarsk Tourist Information Center.
The duration of all work under the contract is three months from the date of its signing.
