A large block of tasks is related to landscaping. This year's anniversary preparation plan includes the renovation of 15 public territories. Among them are two large urban spaces – the 400th Anniversary of Krasnoyarsk Park and the park Guards. The Silver Square in the Oktyabrsky district will be transformed at the expense of the investor's funds. Two embankments will be renovated – Yaryginskaya and Tsentralnaya. The first works have already begun there. The second stage of street improvement in the historical part of the city has also started.

"The construction of iconic facilities is underway – the Surikov Center and the road to Solnechny. 155 more gas-powered buses will arrive in the city this year. I consider one of the most important areas in preparing Krasnoyarsk for the anniversary to be improving the quality of maintenance and cleaning of the city. With the support of the governor of the region, we are already purchasing 50 units of special road equipment, and we will explore the possibility of supplying another 25 vehicles," said Sergey Vereshchagin, head of Krasnoyarsk. – An information portal for the 400th anniversary of the city with a feedback platform is being developed. It is important that residents can offer their ideas."
Governor Mikhail Kotyukov instructed the relevant departments to synchronize construction and landscaping, which are carried out on the same streets, as well as to monitor the quality and timing of work.: "It is important not only to hold the celebrations at a decent level, but above all to transform the city itself. Improve the quality of the urban environment, services, and services, remove infrastructure constraints, and improve the environmental situation. We are switching from the design mode to the active construction and installation mode. Much has already been done, and there are results. The largest amount of work is to be completed in the next two years. I ask those responsible to accompany and monitor each contract."
In the upcoming landscaping season, student teams will take part in the preparation of Krasnoyarsk for the 400th anniversary - they will help in the construction of five large–scale facilities. The governor also supported the initiative to organize an All-Russian student construction site in Krasnoyarsk in 2027. Young volunteers from all over the country are ready to join the work on the transformation of the regional capital.
The program of events for the anniversary also includes sports, cultural, business and educational events of international and national level. Large corporations have joined the work, which either take over the financial support of projects or fully implement them themselves. 11 agreements worth more than 14 billion rubles have been signed.
In May, Krasnoyarsk will host a meeting of the federal organizing committee to prepare for the celebration of the city's anniversary.
