Russian President Vladimir Putin has commissioned the implementation of a large-scale project for youth in Krasnoyarsk, the Square of the First, providing for the creation of infrastructure for youth education programs. The complex will consist of two buildings with a total area of 27.09 thousand m2: the Youth Palace and the Center for Technical Creativity, connected by a passage. The center for scientific and technical creativity of young people in engineering, natural science and digital education profiles will be located in one building. The second building will become a multifunctional year-round platform for demonstrating the achievements of young talents. The complex will host national and international competitions, festivals and exhibitions with the support of Rosmolodezh and the Movement of the First. Representative offices of All-Russian organizations and associations will be located here, and the first base platform of the "Movement of the First" will appear in the country.
Implementation period: 2025-2028.
