A sports and recreation complex will be built on the territory of the sports stadium on Maerchaka Street and tennis courts will be reconstructed. The company that will implement this project will be determined based on the results of the auction. The customer is the Krasnoyarsk Capital Construction Department. The initial auction price is 705.5 million rubles.
The work is divided into several stages. By July 2027, the contractor needs to develop design documentation for the reconstruction of tennis courts and a project for the construction of a sports and recreation complex for the rehabilitation of athletes after sports injuries and social adaptation of participants in a special military operation. Then, reconstruction and construction work will be completed by December 2028.
In the future, the FOCA needs to provide stands to provide additional spectator seats, car parking and registration of the entrance group, landscaping.

The reconstruction of the stadium of our legendary rugby team is one of the largest projects dedicated to the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, which are funded by private investment. We hope that business support will make it possible to implement all plans and prepare the regional capital for the celebration of the historic anniversary at a qualitatively high level," said Sergey Vereshchagin, the head of Krasnoyarsk.
The project will be financed by PJSC Polyus. Governor Mikhail Kotyukov and CEO of the gold mining group Alexey Vostokov agreed on this at the St. Petersburg Economic Forum.
