Famous athletes will take part in the Krasnoyarsk Bridges marathon

Anton Suchkov, master of sports in wrestling, winner of the Grand Prix of the All-Russian Student of the Year competition, and Valentina Chigrina, a professional athlete and organizer of the Begodevochki club, have already been announced for the 10 km distance.
Nikolay Tregubov, President of the Cycling Federation of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and head of the Krasmarafon race series, will become the marathon's ambassador.
Anna Korol, SUPERSPORT coach, star of the marathons "5 verst Russia", "Krasmarafon" and "Race.rf", decided to conquer the 42.2 km marathon distance.She will take to the track with her mother and son, turning the race into a family event.
"It's especially great to run in your native lands: familiar streets, favorite parks, views that energize you from the very first steps. Now I am preparing several guys for different distances in this race. It's nice that leading Krasnoyarsk runners are actively joining us. Their experience and support are incredibly important for beginners," said Anna Korol.
Among the participants with disabilities is Semyon Kublitsky. The multiple champion of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the winner of the championships of Russia, Europe and the world, the silver medalist of the Paralympic Games will overcome 10 km in a wheelchair
"I planned the preparation for myself: 2-3 km in the morning, 6-7 km in the evening, plus a summer playground: horizontal bars and uneven bars. There is also powerlifting in the schedule. I get tired for the first 10-20 minutes, and then it's like a second wind opens. Calluses? Of course, there is, but it's part of the way!" said Semyon Kublitsky, a participant in the inclusive race.
A friendly team of students from the Running to SFU club is also preparing for the marathon.
The Krasnoyarsk Bridges marathon will be held in the regional center for the first time. It is dedicated to the upcoming 400th anniversary of the city. The race will symbolically unite 6 Krasnoyarsk bridges: Oktyabrsky, Vinogradovsky, Arfa, Kommunalny, Zheleznodorozhny and Nikolaevsky. This is not just a race, but a tribute to the history of the city.
