Today, an on-site inspection of the progress of landscaping of the avenue named after the newspaper "Krasnoyarsk Worker" took place on the site from house No. 163 to the Bridge Square. The event was attended by Lilia Nazmutdinova, head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk Region, Ilya Zaitsev, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as representatives of the customer and the contractor.
Landscaping of the main artery of the right bank is underway in preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. The work on the transformation of the avenue is carried out in the area of the Bridgehead Square in the pedestrian zone on the odd side. To make the area more comfortable for walking, a sidewalk will be built on the section from the transport ring to the Jubilee bus stop and a backup road will be put in order.
The contractor, Montazhspetsstroy LLC, will have to asphalt the passage itself, lay paving stones on the sidewalks, remove the wires underground, and replace the old supports and lamps with modern ones. Workers will set up benches and bins. A lot of landscaping work will be carried out on the site. There are plans to plant 125 large-sized trees, 390 shrubs, and form a hedge.
Currently, workers have dismantled the old asphalt, installed a side stone and laid the first layer of pavement on the roadway and in parking pockets. New paving stones are being laid on the sidewalks, trenches are being dug under the lighting lines. Also, road workers are laying the top layer of pavement on the square in front of the Matrosova building, 4. The work is completed by 40%, the workers are on time. But, as the check showed, there are some comments.
"Despite the good dynamics, there are comments on the culture of work performance. We issued several orders, and the contractor promised to eliminate them within a couple of days. There were comments on the repair of the stairs adjacent to the avenue, and a solution was found during today's inspection. We discussed the issue of lowering the entrance groups at commercial facilities, there are difficulties with the placement of footpaths. We will explore the possibility of concluding agreements to extend them in the adjacent territories," said Lilia Nazmutdinova.
It should be noted that the passage leading to the Epicenter cinema and the sidewalks next to it will also be repaired. Residents often complained about this site.
