The work will start from Mira Avenue. The search for contractors has already begun. The relevant documentation is posted on the electronic public procurement platform. It was decided to make the main historical street of Krasnoyarsk brighter and more festive, while maintaining a balance between modern solutions and unique architecture.
New lighting structures will be placed on lighting poles along the avenue. They will replace the LED garland windings that have burned out over 10 years of operation. There will be 113 structures in total, each in a petal-like shape with a sturdy frame, decorative inserts with patterns and neon glowing elements. There will also be a control unit on each support, which will allow you to turn on, turn off and change the illumination modes remotely. The elements will support at least five light-dynamic modes that can be used during different holidays. The consoles on the lighting poles will work all year round.
For the New Year's decoration on the avenue, the contractor will need to install more than 30 light architectural forms and art objects. The elements of the winter decoration of fountains will be updated, luminous arches will decorate Dzerzhinsky Street, crystals will be installed near small squares along the avenue, different designs are provided for different areas, creating a special winter mood. The most original solution is the photo zones dedicated to the cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and natural attractions.
In addition, existing illuminating structures will be updated and repaired in all areas of the city for the holiday. The budget has already provided funds for this.
"Mira Avenue will become a part of the new history of Krasnoyarsk's lighting design. It acquires key importance precisely in winter, when darkness prevails. Along with it, the main Christmas tree in Tatyshev Park and New Year's playgrounds in the districts are planned to further develop the light winter decoration of spaces in the city, including on the right bank. We will gradually move towards the goal of making winter Krasnoyarsk even warmer and brighter for our residents and guests," said Sergey Vereshchagin, the head of Krasnoyarsk.
Work on the formation of a new festive lighting design of Krasnoyarsk is carried out in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the city.
