Major repairs of three more house facades have begun in Krasnoyarsk.

Crews are already installing scaffolding on houses at 65 Mira Ave. and 106 Mira Ave., as well as 189 Krasnoyarsk Worker Ave.  

To ensure safety, workers strengthen building grids, put up fences, and, if necessary, install temporary decking and awnings on sidewalks. Organizational issues have been worked out with the owners of non-residential premises, shops, offices located on the ground floors, as well as with residents who own cars and park them in courtyards.

The work is organized by the management companies of the houses. They won the competition for a subsidy from the city budget. In preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, management organizations that maintain houses located in the historical center of the city or on main streets leading to attractions could receive it. The list of such houses in need of major facade repairs was determined by a special commission. The management companies "Project" and "Praktika" received a subsidy, organized competitions to find contractors who have already started work.

The buildings belong to different periods of construction. Decorative elements are located on the facade of the house at 106 Mira Ave. from the street. In recent years, their condition has worsened, and there have even been cases of collapse.

In total, due to subsidies from the city budget, in preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, it is planned to carry out major repairs of the facades of high-rise buildings at seven addresses this year. The next stage of competitive procedures for management companies is already in its final stages. In total, 28 facades of high-rise buildings are planned to be repaired by the anniversary of the city within the framework of subsidies.

The facades of apartment buildings in Krasnoyarsk are also being actively repaired as part of the work organized by the regional capital repair fund.
