Krasnoyarsk is looking for a contractor to build an all-terrain bike bridge to Tatyshev Island

The Capital Construction Department has announced tenders to find a contractor that will erect a new pedestrian bicycle bridge from Yakutskaya St. in the Zelenaya Roscha district to Tatyshev Island. The initial price of the contract is 1 billion 61 million rubles.

The length of the future bridge is 279 meters, and together with the approaches from both sides – 633.5 meters, the width will be 6.5 meters. Two pedestrian paths and a two-way bike path will be built on both sides of the bridge. The building will be decorated with four architectural pylons with a system of cables and lighting.

It should be noted that the contractor must dismantle the existing emergency bridge, which was destroyed by flooding in the 90s.

It is planned that the contractor will start work in September.​ It is necessary to complete the construction under the terms of the contract in December 2027.

"The construction of the facility is part of the planned changes to the territory. From the side of Tatyshev Island, we will set up an all-terrain bicycle network that will connect the bridge crossing with the center of the island. Bidding for the design of the eastern part will be announced before the end of the year. We will carry out landscaping from Yakutskaya Street: we will asphalt the road, make lighting, arrange a playground, parking, modernize the dog walking location. The project has already been developed," said Sergey Vereshchagin, the mayor of the city.
