A stand dedicated to the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk is presented at the Biryusa TIM

The federal shift "FINZOZH", which brought together 370 participants from 44 regions of the Russian Federation, is coming to an end at the All-Russian Youth Forum TIM Biryusa. Among them are students of economics, young government specialists, employees of regional financial literacy centers, and financial education volunteers.
The key topics of the shift were personal financial security, digital literacy, and the introduction of new approaches to financial education for young people.
Mikhail Kotyukov, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, addressing the participants, stressed: "Improving financial literacy and ensuring security are the most important tasks of state development and sovereignty today. Knowing how to counteract fraudsters and not allow yourself to be led into a trap is no less important than being able to count and write. Our country is going through difficult trials, and it is important for us to act one step ahead of our detractors."
Within the framework of the forum, a thematic stand is operating in the Astafyev tent, which introduces participants to the socio-economic development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the tourist and investment attractiveness of the region, as well as the event that will take place in 2028 — the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. Guests of the stand can also take a quiz on knowledge of the history of the city.
In addition, in order to introduce the participants of the 20th anniversary season of Biryusa to a landmark event for the region, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation has prepared an interactive zone dedicated to the upcoming anniversary of the regional capital. The location is decorated in the form of a photo frame with the symbols of the city and festive paraphernalia, which allows the forum participants to take themed pictures for memory.

Biryusa Initiative Youth Territory is an All–Russian youth educational Forum that has been held in the Krasnoyarsk Territory since 2007. During this time, more than 60 thousand people took part in the event. The forum is held within the framework of the national project "Youth and Children".
