Contractors have started major repairs on 57 high-rise buildings. Scaffolding is being installed at 31 of them, and major work has begun at 13 addresses: 8a, 12, 12a Partizan Zheleznyak Str., Krasnoyarsk Worker Ave.", 42, 104, 106, 155, 179, 185a, Gorky St., 19, 6a, 91a Mira Ave., lane Vodometnom, 2.
The work is organized by the regional capital repair fund. Each house has been surveyed, and the necessary documents, including facade passports, have been issued.
So, the facades of the houses on Partizan Zheleznyak St. will be hinged. This will improve both the appearance of four–storey buildings and their technical characteristics - such facades make houses warmer.
The house at 102 Krasnoyarsk Worker Newspaper Ave. will also be insulated from the courtyard. Historically, this house has different facades – it is more elegant from the street, less so from the courtyard. Currently, specialists are carrying out work on insulation and installation of hinged structures in the courtyard. With the onset of consistently warm weather, workers will plaster and paint the exterior facade, retaining all the elements.
The houses on Oborona St., 2b and Lenin St., 127 are objects of cultural heritage. For the organization of these works, the regional capital repair fund received a subsidy from the budget of Krasnoyarsk, as their cost, due to their special status, exceeded the statutory maximum price of capital repairs.
This year, management companies will also be able to receive a subsidy from the city budget to organize major facade repairs in preparation for the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. Such a competitive subsidy will be allocated for the repair of facades of houses located in the historical part of the city and along major thoroughfares, where the facades cannot be repaired as part of the regional overhaul program.
