The work will be carried out in preparation for the 400th anniversary of the city. This year, in the central part of Krasnoyarsk, where most of the historical buildings are located, it is planned to renovate 4 streets – Karatanov, January 9, Perenson and Dzerzhinsky.
Two streets, 9 January and Karatanova, are located in a special historical zone. Therefore, archaeological work must be carried out there before the start of landscaping. Based on the results of the auction, these works will be performed by Krasnoyarsk Geoarchaeology LLC.
After the completion of the archaeological work, contractors will be able to enter the facilities, who will be engaged in the landscaping itself. These contracts will be executed by Yeniseygroup LLC. The contractor will renovate all 4 streets. Contractors will have to correctly draw up work schedules and assign teams to facilities, taking into account all other work at the center – archeology, network work, road work, and so on.
All streets will be decorated in the same style. The work will be carried out mainly in the pedestrian area. To make the streets comfortable and safe, first of all, for hiking, the pedestrian part will be conditionally divided into functional zones – facade, transit, landscaping, technical. This will be done with the help of different types of paving stones, comfortable approaches and smooth descents, installation of new outdoor furniture, work with lighting and landscaping. A separate contractor will be identified to work with the lighting. The contract is currently at auction.
Contractors will be able to start work as soon as weather conditions allow. It should be recalled that by the 400th anniversary of the city of Krasnoyarsk, 15 so-called transverse streets are planned to be landscaped in the historical center – Karatanov, January 9, Paris Commune, Surikov, Weinbaum, Perenson, Kirov, Dictatorship of the Proletariat, Dzerzhinsky, Oborona, Gorky, Decembrists, Robespierre, Trade Unions and the currently unsettled part of the lane. Ryauzovsky. The landscaping projects were developed by the architects of the Projectdevelopment workshop. They conducted a large study, which included surveys of citizens and observations.
