The dismantling of the pavilion at 9a Koroleva Street has begun today. The owner's contract expired, but he did not extend it, so the stall is being forcibly removed.
The situation is similar with the cafe on the street. Gladkova, 20. Only the entrepreneur decided to dismantle the building on his own. Otherwise, he would have to pay for these works by court order.
"There are 100 temporary facilities in operation in the Sverdlovsk region that are subject to demolition. Of these, 14 are of a commercial nature, the rest are garages. Basically, the owners remove them on a voluntary basis. Only a third is dismantled at the expense of the budget. We are freeing up the territories to accommodate landscaping facilities," said Lilia Nazmutdinova, head of the administration of the Sverdlovsk region.
There are about 2,800 temporary structures in Krasnoyarsk: pavilions, kiosks, parking lots, car washes, and others. Since last year, more than 1,000 illegal objects have been identified. On behalf of the mayor Vladislav Loginov's Urban Planning department conducts an audit of all temporary buildings.
"Our task is to put the city in order before the 400th anniversary. More than half of the facilities have already been checked. We are looking at compliance with the placement scheme, the duration of the contract, comments on the appearance and other parameters. We pay special attention to those documents that have expired, but the application for renewal has not been submitted. We will terminate such contracts," said Maxim Silkin, Deputy Head of the Urban Planning Department.
The Urban Planning Department is currently working to update the regulatory framework for the placement of temporary facilities. This will help to work more productively with entrepreneurs in the legal field. All legal temporary structures are now plotted on an interactive map of the city.
