Projects dedicated to the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk were presented at the All-Russian Student Sports Festival "UniverLiga"

From February 27 to March 3, 2026, Krasnoyarsk will host the All-Russian Student Sports Festival "Univerleague". Student competitions are held at the facilities of the XXIX World Winter Universiade 2019.

In the Multifunctional Complex of the Siberian Federal University, the Yenisei Siberia Development Corporation presented a stand dedicated to the upcoming 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. The participants of the festival were told about the history of the city and its outstanding residents, whose achievements are known throughout the country. Among them are cultural figures, famous athletes, and scientists. The guests were also introduced to the projects planned for the anniversary of Krasnoyarsk. These initiatives will help to change the appearance of the city, make it more comfortable, attractive and comfortable for residents and tourists.

An interactive quiz was held for visitors to the stand, for which they were awarded souvenirs, and invited to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk in 2028.

The All-Russian student Sports festival "Univerleague" brought together more than 3,000 participants from 50 regions of Russia. Young athletes compete in 27 disciplines, from classic volleyball and swimming to innovative sports such as digital sports, sports programming and drone racing. In addition to competitions, representatives of student sports clubs take part in educational and business events. The program includes open dialogues with famous athletes, panel discussions on the development of student sports, lectures, workshops and consultations.
